We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. That’s right, you have two weeks to ensure your new toy is the perfect fit for your child’s playtime adventures! And the best part? Returns are FREE! We cover the return shipping costs because we believe in making things simple and stress-free for you.

2. What Can Be Returned: Keeping the Fun in Returns

Most of our toys are eligible for return, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We understand little hands get excited, but for a full refund, please ensure the toy is in resalable condition.
  • The return request is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item was not marked as a “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase (see section 8 for a list of non-returnable items).

Returning a toy to Modameld is as easy as 1-2-3:

  2. Receive Your FREE Return Label: We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it to your package.
  3. Ship It Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier location.

That’s it! We’ll take care of the rest. Track your return with the tracking number provided on your return label.

4. Refund Methods and Timeframes: Getting Your Money Back Quickly!

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email notification confirming your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Credit Card: Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal: Refunds are usually processed within 24-48 hours.

6. Return Shipping: FREE Returns—Seriously!

We believe in making returns completely hassle-free. That’s why we offer FREE return shipping on all eligible returns within the USA. We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label that you can easily print and attach to your package.

7. Damaged or Defective Items: Making Things Right!

We carefully inspect every toy before it ships, but sometimes things happen. We may ask for photos of the damage to help us assess the situation and prevent similar issues in the future. We’ll offer a replacement, a refund, or another solution that meets your needs.

8. Non-Returnable Items: A Few Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  • Gift cards.

9. International Returns: Currently Not Available
